Lot includes four containers. Lot weighs approximately 950 pounds. This weight is an approximation and does include the weight of potential contaminants. Please take this into account when you are bidding. You will be required to pay your full bid based on this approximated weight. Removing any of the contamination or reducing your payment by the pounds of contamination will not be allowed. You must take all pieces of scrap.

Local Pickup & Freight Shipping

Due to the size and weight of the item it is only available for local pickup or customer arranged freight.

There is no charge for local pickup. The buyer is responsible for the arrangement and payment of all related shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted in the item description.

For freight shipping on larger/heavier items, palletizing, crating, shrink wrapping and banding services are available for a fee.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, total weight may contain contaminants other than clean scrap metal

It is the customer's responsibility to look at all bid items in person to determine its content. Bid on what you can see; do not assume you know what is in the bottom of the bin.

The Winning Bidder is allowed 5 business days after auction closes to pay for their scrap. If the item is not paid for within the allotted time, Surplus Store will move on to the second bidder and the highest bidder will lose their bidding rights for 6 months.

All workers must sign release and waiver before using power tools on MSU Campus.
