Green cloth boards with black text on front and spine. Boards and edges are worn. Endpapers have some staining and writing in pen and pencil. Edges of textblock have some discoloration. Pages are toning due to age. The first three pages of the book have heavy foxing/staining. The next three pages are a bit wrinkled at the top and have some small tears. There are a handful of very small stains elsewhere in the book. There are also a few notes in pencil here and there. Otherwise, the pages are clean and in good condition.

This is an old commercial law textbook, covering topics such as contracts, negotiable instruments, corporations, real estate, etc. There is a plate before the title page featuring a black and white photo of William Howard Taft, former American president and chief justice of the Supreme Court.
