Item Details:

  • This lot comes with 3 stamp albums dating back to the 1960s
  • Each album has a few stamps in it, some stamps have fallen out due to age
  • A quick flip through indicates stamps from the US, Hungary, Argentina, and Germany among others 
  • The Universal Stamp album is far less full, only having a few stamps throughout
  • The Explorer Stamp album has hundreds of stamps in it and at one point was likely nearing completion (before they began to fall out)
  • In addition to the albums, there are also a large number of loose stamps included the majority of which are cancelled

Item Condition:

  • Albums and stamps are quite old and do show significant wear due to age 
  • Explorer Album has a previous owner's mark on cover
  • Covers and pages show discoloration and staining due to age 
  • There are numerous spots in each album where stamps have been applied and since fallen out leaving a mark
  • Albums are solidly bound and are in no danger of falling apart and can be easily browsed

Standard Shipping

Buyer is responsible for paying all related shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted in the item description. Shipping costs are determined at checkout by zip code and by shipping method chosen. A nominal handling charge is included to cover the cost of packaging materials. If the buyer provides a PO Box, items are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. Special shipping arrangements such as companies not listed, local pickup and freight services may be available upon request.

MSU Surplus Store ships to U.S. addresses only.

Local Pickup

There is no charge for local pickup. Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup. Pickup times are Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 3:30pm and Wednesday between 8:00am and 5:45pm. Customers will have 5 business days to pick up their order.

Freight Shipping

Due to the size and weight of certain items, we offer customer arranged freight shipping. The buyer is responsible for the arrangement and payment of all related shipping and handling charges. Palletizing, crating, shrink wrapping and banding services are available for a fee.
