Item Details:

  • This collection of items is part of a long retired Museum exhibit on MSU football which ran in 1996
  • Box is labelled 1970s-1990s, however as you look through you will see there are quite a few items from earlier time periods
  • Included are reproduction/facsimile items originally intended for display at the MSU Museum 
  • Some items were rough drafts and feature handwritten corrections 
  • All items pictured are included with the box
  • Contents include:
    70+Labels intended for display under the pictured captioning their contents
    Most labels appear to coincide with pictures, but they have not been meticulously mapped one to one.  
    Some of these labels are for items not included such as jerseys, jackets, trophies etc which were obviously not included in this
    50+ Picture reproductions on card stock 
  • The great majority of items in this lot are around the size of a 8.5" x 11", however there is some size variance  as the pictures indicate 

Condition:

  • Items show wear from storage for many years
  • Some items were altered by museum staff for errors (the caption plates)
  • Items show some discoloration from age 
  • Most items have some superficial damage to the backs where items were previously displayed

Standard Shipping

Buyer is responsible for paying all related shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted in the item description. Shipping costs are determined at checkout by zip code and by shipping method chosen. A nominal handling charge is included to cover the cost of packaging materials. If the buyer provides a PO Box, items are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. Special shipping arrangements such as companies not listed, local pickup and freight services may be available upon request.

MSU Surplus Store ships to U.S. addresses only.

Local Pickup

There is no charge for local pickup. Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup. Pickup times are Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 3:30pm and Wednesday between 8:00am and 5:45pm. Customers will have 5 business days to pick up their order.

Freight Shipping

Due to the size and weight of certain items, we offer customer arranged freight shipping. The buyer is responsible for the arrangement and payment of all related shipping and handling charges. Palletizing, crating, shrink wrapping and banding services are available for a fee.
